Hi,

For the past week I have been having a problem wherein the RAQ4i stops responding to telnet/http requests (ping works sometimes, but at times even ping doesn't respond).

I then have to put in a reboot request and have the RAQ rebooted to get access again.

Around the time that this problem happens I noticed that there is a mail to the admin account on the RAQ with a "Sun Cobalt server is low in memory". I read thru another post on the RS forum that talked about the same problem and think that this has to do with the parseReport.pl program.

I am online on the RAQ now and parseReport.pl is running and "top s" shows that only 5mb RAM is free! And the parseReport.pl program is using more than 83% of the CPU resources.

I think this is the cause for the server to stop responding.

Help! What do I do to make this go away? :-)
