I have a VPS (Virtual Private Server) at Verio. They use a GUI front end called iManager, which has the server configuration abilities of Plesk with additional file management features. The mail and user management is even better.
Has anyone used iManager, and can it be run on a Red Hat Linux OS? I'd replace Plesk if I can find a copy to install.
Thanks, Eric

Plesk 5.0 has a file manager and a ton of great stuff. Ask thier sales folks to send you the info on new features. It took a b-i-g step up from 2.5:D

Can we upgrade? Is there a fee? Can we get the RS techs to install the upgrade for us onto our server for free?
After all, we've got a Plesk license. (although I've never been informed as to what my license# is...)
I upgraded to 2.5 when it came out thanks to the great How-To's posted here. Download this, do that. Haven't seen a "download this" link for Plesk 5.0 though... if there is one I'd sure appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

From the Plesk web site I understand that licensed users can upgrade from 2.5 to 5.0 for "65% of the retail price of $199".
However, the $199 version may only be a 30-user license, because Plesk is charging more for more liberal licenses now.
PS: Since we don't really "own" the PSA license (Rack Shack does), I don't know if they will let you upgrade for a reduced fee. From reading posts here and the Plesk web site it is unclear...no harm in trying, though.

It is released,I am using it with no probs.
With regard to upgrading your licence, you cannot if you got your plesk server from rackshack. That is not your licence you only lease it from rackshack.
You will have to wait, a long time by the looks of it as they do not reply to anything, and upgrade when rackshack has the option to upgrade to 5.0
