IS another one of the great tech's in the data center. Even though he did a simple upgrade of ram to my server he did a fast and great job. Gave me a very detailed account of the steps he was going to take to perfrom my upgrade , made sure It was ok to pull the server down and followed through to make sure the upgrade went ok and that I was happy. ..Treated my Little $25 ram upgrade the same as if I was doing a major upgrade to the server.


Very good Tech , thanks a ton for the speedy upgrade Manuel , the updates and out line of the upgrade actions really made a big difference to me as a customer.

I added 2 gig to my server..and yes its a great deal , in fact the whole server is a great deal and the support is top notch.
