I am running windows 2003 server and installed fileCopa FTP server. I have opened ports 20-21 in the windows firewall. I can connect using an FTP client as PASV or passive but not as PORT. I have even tried turning off windows firewall to connect but connecting via PORT still does not work.

I was running Microsoft FTP and could connect via PORT but have since uninstalled that and installed fileCopa.

Any suggestions?
