I am a Planet customer, tried to see the server specials... I wasn't able, so I clicked the chat for assistance but this is what I got...

I bet you are not making a lot of sales or having repeated customers from the people that chat with you.

I do apologize for my tone in the above chat. There was definitely some miscommunication on my part. I was not trying to be rude or unhelpful. There has been some confusion in regards to this promotion and I was trying to be emphatic. Mainly, I wanted to make sure this confusion did not happen again and effect you in a negative way. I apologize if this came off as frustrated or sarcastic. I am emailing my manager the link to this thread so he can review the situation and provide his own feedback. Unfortunately Luis Ovalle, people like you make The Planet a bad place.

Fact, you were being rude, you even acknowledged it in so many words so do not come here to try and cover your ass now in saying that you reported it to you manager before someone else did. That is really REALLY lame.

Hopefully your manager sees you were being rude and gives you the sack.. The Planet would be a much better place icon_smile.gif

I wonder how many other customers you have abused and got away with it?

Wow, I have to agree with JohnB here, If I had that reponse from the planet I would be extremly angry. I hope I never have to deal with you.
