Advice please. I don't seem to be able to get technical support from The Planet to answer this clearly.

Ideally, I would run cpanel backup to /backup directory daily and then tell evault to backup that directory and manage the daily, weekly and monthly backups with retention rules in evault.

However, because cpanel puts their daily backup in a different folder everyday, evault will have a full 7 copies, and then do the delta for the changes to the files, the following week.

How can we get 1 daily backup on cpanel everyday to the same single folder and have evault see that 1 folder and do its delta's?

If evault backups the /home directory you can accomplish the single copy, but apparently cpanel restorations are more difficult, especially if it involves the databases.
