Hi All,

New to The Planet & Dedicated servers and am having difficulty getting Nameservers set correctly for the domain sescoops.com. GoDaddy is the registrar and the nameservers there have been set to ns1.theplanet.com, and running a WHOIS shows the changes have propagated, however the site is still not running.

I went into the WHM basic configuration and changed the Primary & Secondary nameservers to match ns1.theplanet.com, ns2.theplanet.com, but when I click 'Assign an IP Address' a window pops-up that shows it is working on the task, but after 15 minutes nothing has happened.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? A DNS Zone does appear to have been created, but we are desperate to get the site up and running. Your assistance is appreciated!!!
