I'm new to Evault and I just got a new server with Evault. I downloaded the client and put in the usename and password provided, but I'm getting an error message:

Failed to authorize users (########) or user (#######) possesses insufficient privleges.


Where do I start with this issue? How to I make sure it is installed on the server? Really, the help guide isn't much use with this.
