I would like to take the time to thank a few techs who really went out of thier way in helping me reslove a recent and on going DOS attack on my servers. I fell they have all gone above the call to address the problems.

Thanks guy you really give customers that warm fuzzy.....Instead of loosing sleep last night my server was placed in the guard while you guys spent the night fixing the problem and defending the attack.

They need donuts now too.

DOS and DDOS attacks are hard to deal with but thanks to the guard service it save my bandwidht.

great bunch of techs in the H1 data Center.

That's just crazy.
I would be less productive because I would fall asleep after lunch in that thing.
I couldn't fall asleep in my current chair if I tried.

Watched the video and thought the same thing -- that looks amazingly cool, but I need a setup that allows me to move around a bit so I don't atrophy in the shape of the chair and a chair that is light and not too comfortable or I'd never make it through the boring tasks awake...

Add Henry R. to this list. He proactively called us on a server issue -- we had forgotten to add an escalation procedure for one of our machines, and he took the initiative to call us since he saw the procedures in place for our other boxes. This was above and beyond and helped save us a bit of downtime on a weekend.
