Hello! Im looking for a host that allows 1 Gbps unmeterd 24/7

The application im creating hosts thousands of users at once online. However im Unsure if theplanet offers
such a bandwidth requirement.

Few questions
1) 1 Gbps Unmeterd hosting available?
2) This uses the ServerIron 4G-SSL, Share Load Balancer?
3) I can request specialized equipment. IE. SSD Hard Drives. Extra Ram cards.. Etc..

The Price is around maybe... $4,000-$6,000 Monthly?

This is still far off, but i need to address this problem icon_wink.gif

Thank you!

GKim,

I'm sure we can come up with something for you. I'll have a sales person swing by to discuss a few options with you. Are you needing a fully managed solution or just a self-managed solution?

Wouldn't mind paying extra for manage. Dont have too much time for server issues.

You should definitely get a managed server if you do not have much experience with servers

Gkim,

I understand that this solution might be far in the future, but it never hurts to start planning!

You can send me a message here on the board, or an e-mail at Jcornejo@theplanet.com. We can work on a solution that would work for you, so that you can plan everything out.

No big deal if its months, or years away!

Thanks,
Josh C
