Renewing it? I've had this domain since 01-jun-2005 and it wasn't renewed this year,why! I caught it on 7/25/2009 and have tried to get it renewed since then!

Are you serious with that statement?
The reply to the first ticket was "I am sending this ticket to our domains department for further assistance."

How do I pay for this? Inside the ticket notes was info on the domain name and that the Registrar was THE PLANET INTERNET SERVICES, INC with Creation & Expiration Date
