It seems that we're having an issue with our authoritative DNS infrastructure. Our Unix IS group is working on isolating, resolving, and identifying a permanent fix to this issue. I do not have an ETA at this time.

Our Unix IS group have identified the issue and the servers are reloading. The issues our customers are experiencing at this time are residual, however, they will be tracking it until everything returns to normal.
Unfortunately, due to the amount of zone files being reloaded, we do not have an ETA at this time.
