10TB bandwidth on all dedicated servers should be permanent. Alot of other hosting companies have 10TB of bandwidth for all their dedicated servers, so The Planet should too.

Also, all your dedicated servers should have unmetered bandwidth options too, like 100Mbps unmetered and 1Gbps unmetered. You could have both shared and dedicated unmetered bandwidth.

When the offer is over I am sure you can still get that if you ask sales.

At the end of the day, they will give you pretty much whatever you want (at a cost of course)

It's not likely that the base bandwidth offerings will be bumped up to the 10TB level at any time in the near future. While we're able to offer the higher limit on a limited-time, limited-supply, promotional basis, it would not be feasible network-wise or pricing-wise to roll out to all servers at all times by default.

In our shopping cart, you have the ability to select 10Mbps and 100Mbps Unmetered bandwidth allotments at an increased monthly cost. 1Gbps uplinks and unmetered solutions are available by request from a sales representative (as JohnB suggested), so if there's something you want in the IT infrastructure world, chances are we can help you get it.

Just some feedback on this:

Alot of people when choosing hosting companies, look at their website for unmetered options and if none is listed they just go to another company's website. So The Planet should list these unmetered 10Mbps/100Mbps prices on your website.

By the way, would it be feasible to have a 1Gbps un-dedicated bandwidth option? So instead of having guaranteed dedicated bandwidth, you could have a shared 1Gbps option where depending on what other customers are doing, sometimes people may get 1Gbps, sometimes 500Mbps, sometimes 50Mbps etc. Obviously the price will be lower because it will be shared bandwidth.
