I figured out there was a network issue on H2 on 8/23/2009 around 2AM.
It last at least 4 hours. I got infomation from the tech that the outage was caused and related with NTT link
between Houston and Dallas along with a firmware upgrade on the border routers.
but I can`t still find any official comments or the statemanet to inform us of the outage on the forum yet.
TP, Please make a new thread as soon as you noticed the outage. so that we can know what is happenning and update.

Yep, I dropped connection to H2 and DLLSTX4 last night around that time also.
However, it was only offline for about 5 minutes and then everything was back to normal.
The only bad thing was I was right in the middle of doing some work and that five minutes watching ping screens seems like a half hour...haha.

I dropped connection to anything related to TP last Sunday morning around the same time but I think that was the fault of AT&T routing failures to Texas and not TP directly.

I havn't received notifications about any upgrades for either event.
