In my book they are

Kevin Hazard..great help and customer advocate.........whne all else fails I turn to Kevin
Brooke K ...........Really gets things done
Adron .............Best salesman.

there are many behind the monitor in the data centers that need to be thank too but who really knows who they are.

TomyD is well worth a mention on that list.
AaronC is another
Cassandra in CS is always quck to resolve issues and mediate problems

That Kevin character is a joke. If you're looking for the all-stars, you'd have to go with anyone in "The Planet Staff" group whose last name isn't a synonym for trouble.

Tomy and Kevin both get 10 stars in my book.
