Mi facturacion son los dias 14 de cada mes. El dia 12 di de baja 1 servidor. El dia 14 de agosto en la facturacion me vuelven a cobrar dicho servidor. Cuando pregunto por ticket me dicen que no van a devolverme ningun dinero porque lo tendria que haber dado de baja antes de las 23:59 HS y yo lo hice apenas unas pocas horas después.


Soy cliente de hace mas de 6 años y me siento estafado.

I sent an email to our billing supervisor and manager to take a look at your ticket. It does indeed look like you submitted the cancellation 7 hours after the cut off. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide insight into their decision process.

Lamentablemente 2 horas después ya no son las 48 horas establecidas, no te devolverán el dinero porque no has cumplido con los tiempos ofrecidos, cosas de la puntualidad....

Hace unos meses me facturaron mal 2 veces (una buena suma) y tuve que esperar 2 meses para que me devolvieran el dinero. (en realidad no me lo devolvieron sino que lo agregaron como credito y se me fue descontando en futuras facturas) Tambien estuve sin servidor cuando se les incendió el datacenter. Y por unas horas me salen con esto? sin contar la antiguedad como cliente.

Michael is the billing care supervisor. He has escalated this up through his organization, but they've decided to stick to the TOS. That organization is the sole authority when it comes to monthly billing. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
