So after being let down by another sales agent I went back into sales chat and met Emily Rice.

WOW... never before have I dealt with such a professional and informative agent. She knew her stuff above and beyond what you'd expect.

One thing I especially liked is that she was not pushy to get the sale, which some of the agents are around here. I took my time and she went with the flow but was there at every stage, even late at night replying to my emails on her iPhone and weekends too!

Thanks Emily, you are officially my favourite sales person!
