Is there anyone at ThePlanet in which I can speak to regard upgrading my exisiting server to the 10TB offer... I don't understand why I have to purchase a new server, new IPs, hard drive migration, extra ram reinstalled, then days of reconfiguring a new server and moving sites over. Can't I an upgrade fee or get a free provision upgrade to 10tb offer on my existing server? My existing server is part of the upgrade offer. I've been with TP for a while and existing customers never get any special offers. I dont mind paying a small fee to act on an offer.

An e-mail arrived today for weekly deals and says "Choose your upgrades."
My first thought of the word "upgrade" means existing server.

I agree that the verbiage was a little unclear. The intent of the promo, as you assumed, was to be for new server orders, so we've updated the content on the promo page (here) to call that out more clearly.

Any way this offer can be offered to current customers?
You could even force the $25 for two option and eliminate the free option.
