Orbit 2.0 > Hardware > bandwidth utilization
RTG/Powerstat

Issue #1: When I click on daily, weekly, monthly, nothing informs me that my graph is actually loading. No web notice or not even the browsers progress bar.

Issue #2: After I wait on the above, I just get the standard dead image picture (paper with red x).

Firstly, the graphs aren't working so that needs to be resolved.
Secondly, something needs to inform us that the graph is actually loading the RTG/Powerstat graphs (unless these load within a few seconds on standard broadband).

I'm using IE8 in compatability mode.
Tried IE7 and receive the same results.

Our development group is planning on doing major work to the RTG graphs. Have you submitted this via the "Report Portal Issue" link in Orbit 2?

Do the graphs show up fine in Orbit 1? Internally, all of the graphs are working for your servers, so it seems this case is a display issue.

The graphs in Orbit1 do work.

I've given the development group your details and they're working on a fix. They weren't able to give me an ETA, but it is affecting a few customers.
