Had a problem with a Plesk update a month ago - it broke all customer emails. No traditional fixes worked.
Laura, as mentioned in previous posts, works through her que without any regards to solving a problem but to merely throw tickets back to the customer for review. I have repeatedly asked that the planet stop having her address our tickets - but I guess that is too much to ask.

Apparently Advanced Services used Atomic Rocket upgrades on our server and your staff, Laura, etc (lower level techs) claim that its not supported by the Planet. These problems started then. When we left the "Advanced" Services program (joke), now the staff such as Laura say its an unsupported version of Plesk. And each upgrade EVERY site email is broken - passwords do not work.
We are being sued as a result of this.
Is it too hard to ask the planet to flag a server so certain lower level techs do not have access to it?
You would think that would be easier than rewriting orbit.....
Is there a chance in hell of getting this fixed? Evertime we reset all passwords one by one, your lower level techs come through and force and update and break it again.
I can't believe this is the best host....the potential is there but it simply cannot be.
