I just got a Windows Server 2003 Std R2 with NO control panel. I want to use this server mainly to stream live TV from another computer with a video card. I got pass the first part which is Add a Windows Media Services. When I open Windows Media Services I see there is a server with my computer name (EASDF-ASDFA) something like that and under this are the publishing point with 2 default that was setup for me already.

I'm trying to add new publishing point with these settings
1) Name (tvlive)
2) Encoder
3) Broadcast publishing point
4) Encoder URL (I'M STUCK HERE: WHAT DO I PUT HERE, IP? since my server is not configure with a domain)

Can someone with the knowledge help me configure this please.
