When I get an automated ticket update email, the link no longer works.

Ticket 5861442PLNT was updated.

Please visit:
https://orbit.theplanet.com/nav_support/tic..._id=<removed for forum post>

to view the ticket and/or make any changes.

Ticket Summary: <removed for forum post>
Ticket Queue: Sales

When I click the link which contains a 7-digit id number the website returns:

Page Title: Unexpected Error

Page Content:

The server can not fulfill your request.
The server can not fulfill your request.

This happens on both sales and support tickets when they're updated and also the automated D5 P2 outage ticket created by orbit itself.

Can you email me the email you received? tdurden-at-theplanet-dot-com. If you can email it as an attachment with the headers, I'll forward it over to our development group to take a look.
Jeff
Will do. It happens if I click the link in any orbit2 ticket update emails that I've received during the last two weeks.
Jeff
I suspect it's suppose to be showing a login form there instead of the "The server can not fulfill your request."
