During last night's outage, I logged into orbit2, and was unable to click the "Tickets" link at the top with my Blackjack2(Smartphone running Windows Mobile OS). I know the system isn't exactly mobile-friendly, but clicking a simple link should work. Thankfully I was able to login to orbit1 and access open tickets there.
