There is an outage in our D5 data center in Dallas. We are currently investigating and will update as soon as details emerge.

The issue appears to be power related. Our DC and facilities techs are on-site investigating the cause to restore power as quickly as possible.

The outage is only affecting phase 2 of the D5 data center.

Power has been restored to the phase. Our technicians are currently powering on all servers. Any servers not returning to operation upon power-up will immediately be checked by a DC technician.

We have experienced an electrical outage in our D5 Phase 2 data center. There was a utility power drop, and the automatic cut-over to our UPS systems did not occur. While the transfer switch did not allow us to connect to generators, we are now back on utility power.

Our facilities team is on the ground working on this issue, and we have moved teams from other data centers and have brought in the night shift a few hours early to enable us to check all servers. We have spare parts on hand to restore service should we identify server failures.
Tomy Durden
Facilities and the vendors have switched all servers back behind the UPS as of a few minutes ago.
