Hello,
I'm sure this has been posted 1000 times, how do you block IP's without installing any third party software?
I have windows 2003 server, surely it has a way of blocking IP's?
Thanks.

Use IPSEC.
You can access it via a MMC and Add in IP security Policies for the local install.
It takes some time to configure correctly.
Make sure you are careful or you will lock yourself out (port 3389 is important).
Best to test on a local server you have if you are unfamiliar with IPSEC.
Maybe this link will help.
