Today, at around 10:45 a.m. CDT, Phase 3 in our D6 data center lost network connectivity, affecting the accessibility of servers in the phase. Because Orbit and ThePlanet.com rely on servers in D6 Phase3, customers may have difficulty accessing those resources while work is being performed.
Our team is currently investigating the cause of the outage in order to restore service as quickly as possible. We do not have an ETA, but we will continue regular updates in our community forums until the issue has been resolved.
There is no impact in any of our other data centers.
