Today, at around 10:45 a.m. CDT, Phase 3 in our D6 data center lost network connectivity, affecting the accessibility of servers in the phase. Because Orbit and ThePlanet.com rely on servers in D6 Phase3, customers may have difficulty accessing those resources while work is being performed.

Our team is currently investigating the cause of the outage in order to restore service as quickly as possible. We do not have an ETA, but we will continue regular updates in our community forums until the issue has been resolved.

There is no impact in any of our other data centers.

We are sorry for the impact to your business, and we will work tirelessly to have you back online as quickly as possible.

At approximately 12:15pm, our network engineering team restored connectivity to D6 Phase 3. All customer servers and internal systems should now be accessible.

We will continue to monitor network performance in the phase to ensure service is stable.
