Add a better billing option. Allow the users to input any credit to pay there bill on the site. Auto/Recurring payments should be an "OPTION" not the only method to pay a bill. I dont like using the same credit card each month. Just send me an invoice and i'll go online and pay it before the 5th.

I agree... also should have pre-quoted 6 month, 12 month, etc. that you can prepay and just get billed for overages, or let you put a certain amount into the account, and it draws monthly from that balance and notifies you when getting low. Now THAT would be awesome. ;-p
