Currently getting runtime errors while trying to call the API.

Server Error in '/SVC' Application.

Is there a known problem?

I'm trying to poll the available bandwidth on our servers for a project I'm working on at the moment and all I get is a server error .

There was a production issue with the servers that host the web service API. The issue has been resolved and everything should be working normally now.

First I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused you. The web servers which host the API were recently upgraded. During the upgrade one of the configuration settings was missed and caused the problem that you were experiencing.

The settings were applied yesterday and tests were run to validate that the API is functional.

Thanks for the quick response in getting it fixed, I had noticed it was working again this morning. Back to developing now
