I am new here & want to buy a server but during live chat the sales person send me a form by mail & tell me that please fill all the information also your credit card details in the form & send me back.

So please tell me is it right to give him a credit card info including cvv ?

I'd ask for their extension and call the 1-800 / 866 number listed on the planet's website 866-325-0045 to give your credit card information that way.

If you do not want to include the credit card information on the order form you were sent, fill in the other information, send it back and call us to give the credit card information. Which sales representative were you working with?

Can you not pay with Paypal?
