Haha... Brooke actually drew me a picture of a spider when I was asking her if she knew anything about the spiders I came across in a few access logs. I'll try and find it to take a picture.
Of course I wouldn't accept drawings as payment, but that was a funny read! I think what's great is that it's supposedly real, meaning the utility company did have a bit of a sense of humor about the whole thing. Obviously, he was trying to buy time with all the back and forth. I think the rep noticed that and just decided to be polite and play along.

Ha! I can't believe I had completely forgotten about that. It was an excellent spider if I do say so myself.
