I would appreciate if you can fix this annoying issue asap.

Some domains are valuable assets, and it is very important that you, as a tucows reseller, keep the interface functional.

Are you still unable to renew domains? Is there anything unusual about the domain in question?

I renewed a .com in my account as a test and the renewal processed normally tonight.
