am looking to cancle my account and get my moneyback before 5-6 days and there some people in the support "orbit.theplanet.com" reponding on my tickter without any process for my moneyback and keep telling me we forward your ticker to care billing ... etc

i dont know if they can now start process my moneyback becouse i dont have a time to keep check my ticket tell the another 3 days or 4
