Is there any ETA as to when it'll be available for others to hook into? I'm quite interested in what it might provide

It was officially released on Nov. 18 (link to the press release), so it's still in its infancy but it's not restricted to beta testers any more.

Who is considered an Alpha customer?
I have dedicated servers through Planet Alpha I assume (legacy Server Matrix customer).

Or do I not have access to this?
