I am trying to add an A record for our domain. This will be a record that points to our OWA servers. The record I want to create is remote.domain.com. Whenever I try to create this record I get an error. We have used this before with other DNS hosting and our SSL certs are tied to it. Any advice on a work around would be great.

Are you editing the zone files directly or using a control panel? What error are you getting?

Got it now. I was using Plesk and it gave me an incorrect parameter error. I logged out and logged back in. May have been because I had done some editing to the DNS settings and had not Updated. Thanks for the help.
