It comes to my attention that users on T-Com ADSL service in my country sometimes can not reach my server/their domain. This is going on for months now and nevertheless I alerted my ISP about that nothing is changed. So I said I should try to make some inquiry here.
What I found out is that users having problem to reach my server are users which are at the moment connected to their ISP with IP address 78.0.xxx.xxx And only possible solution to this is to restart ADSL modem over and over again until it is connected through some other IP range. The problem is that this is our biggest ISP and many users are connected through them so I have questions from users now on weekly basis and this is not good. Unfortunatelly users are not interested in my explanations because for them, at the moment they don't see their pages, and they said other pages are running fine. So it is difficult to explain to users that at the moment they don't see their pages, they actually don't see one part of internet, but they are not requesting it at the moment so they don't see that this is wider problem.
Any suggestions, ideas ???
