To all legacy DiskSync and NAS customers:

Tickets have been created on your account in the past two months to let you know that we are replacing the hardware storage systems that serve the NAS and DiskSync backup products. The time has finally come to shutdown the old system.

PLEASE RECONFIGURE YOUR SERVER TO ACCESS THE NEW SYSTEM PRIOR TO OCTOBER 10, WHEN WE WILL BEGIN TO RETIRE THE OLD SYSTEM.

You can easily migrate yourself. You just need to login and reconfigure your backup software to point to the new systems and move any of your old backup data from the old system to the new system.

Full instructions on the reconfiguration process can be found in tickets created on your account. The process is very simple for both products, with no work required than your initial setup process.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL BACKUP SERVERS ARE RECONFIGURED AND ANY DATA THAT YOU WANT IS MIGRATED BEFORE OCTOBER 10.
