Alright well I went to the live chat and the support guy I spoke to didn't seem to have much of a clue of what he was talking about. So here's the question, does Windows Server 2008 Web Edition 32 bit support RDP and Terminal Services. My major guess is that, yes, it is. The support agent was basically telling me that I would have to pay $150 a month to get the Standard Authenticated version of Windows Server 2008 to get RDP and Terminal Services capabilities.... yeah

It's a safe bet that it supports it naively, without the "Standard Authentication." I mean, even Windows Server Standard has RDP, so I would say it's a safe bet...

They'll all do RDP, but the Web Edition will not do Terminal Services.
I'm not worried about Terminal Services. I just wanted the RDP access. Thanks for the info.

Just remember Remote Desktop Protocall is different than Terminal Services even though they appear the same.

I will admit Linux and Unix servers are making some of the fastest percentage jumps in years but Windows servers still hold the server market. The real question is, though, for how long...
