I was wondering if anyone knew when Virtuozzo 4.0 would be avl via The Planet? Is there any way to get the licensing for Virtuozzo 4.0 with The Planet?

Would it also be possible to get Virtuozzo 3.0 then upgrade to 4.0? Would the Planet licensing work still work after the upgrade.
