On September 20, 2008, The Planet's data center and network operations teams will upgrade the firewalls protecting several of our internal systems including Orbit, ServerCommand and our company website. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 12:01 AM and last one hour. We are confident that the upgrade will cause less than 30 minutes of downtime to these internal systems.

During the maintenance downtime, Orbit, ServerCommand and The Planet's websites, including the forums and company blog, will be inaccessible. You will have full access to your servers throughout this maintenance. Once the work is completed, you will not need to change anything to resume normal operations in our systems.
