If I buy a service mid-month, am I BILLED (charged) for the entire duration of that month, or is it pro-rated (charged for only the period that the service was in use)?

I know that when you purchase servers and you already have a set billing date, the server will be charged the pro-rated amount for the period remaining before your next recurring invoice. If you run into anything that would show otherwise, send a quick message to any staff member here and we can look into it ... it doesn't make sense that you would be charged for the full month.
