Hello,

I realize this is a very minor issue compared to other problems people are having since the recent disaster at the HT1 datacenter, but hopefully someone maybe able to point me in the right direction.

our server runs "up2date" daily, but since the recent issues, it no longer works, just times out when running an update list.

it calls up the url for updates:
http://rhn.ev1servers.net/XMLRPC

I assume this is where the problem is. Does any know if this is a temporary problem or not, and if it needs to be changed now?

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Having the same problem when running Yum. I get the following error:

RHN Proxy could not successfully connect its RHN parent. Please contact your system administrator
Error Class Code: 1000
Error Class Info: RHN Proxy error.
