Does anyone know ThePlanet provide any money back guarantee ? I order a server on June 1st and Now i want to cancel already...

I am new to planet and this is the worst experience host i ever been. I have a simple question open ticket:

Ticket Number: 4861790PLNT
Ticket Type: Technical Support
Server: server01(209.62.42.162)
Status: OPEN
Opened By: Tech Support
Summary: deleted root user
Last Updated: 2008-06-03T18:53:59.000-05:00



I wait for 30min no one answer go to Live Chat, after give my customer ID and password, tell me to wait "agent be with you soon" wait 30 more minutes...tired of waiting and close that chat window.

OVER ALL cost me $450 this month fo nothing...

If the hardware or network is down you are likely eligable for an SLA credit, but not if it's a software issue not caused by The Planet.

To be honest, after read this http://forums.theplanet.com/index.php?showtopic=90191 i am afraid put my site on the server, and if you do some research this is not the first time happen. It would be nice if they give me some refund back icon_smile.gif

The title of the ticket you posted "Summary: deleted root user" does not seem like "a simple question" -- could you detail a bit more what the exact problem is, what caused it, and what you need the planet to do to help you solve it?

If i were you i would give it a little longer, a few days isnt long enough to see the real potential of TP, i have used a few different sites and as far as i have found (and i do my research) this one is the best
