Can we get more information about the IP blocks located on the first floor and second floor. I need to know if my server is upstairs (less downtime) or downstairs (more downtime).

Let me next address Phase 1 (first floor) of the data center and the affected 3,000 servers. The news is not as good, and we were not as lucky. The damage there was far more extensive, and we have a bigger challenge that will require a two-step process. For the first step, we have designed a temporary method that we believe will bring power back to those servers sometime tomorrow evening, but the solution will be temporary. We will use a generator to supply power through next weekend when the necessary gear will be delivered to permanently restore normal utility power and our battery backup system. During the upcoming week, we will be working with those customers to resolve issues.

I agree....can someone give us this so we can start informing our customers..The link on the on going progress does not have this info

It seems that phase 1 clients are completely forgotten and no status update is given on the forum for them. Our servers will be the last one to be turned on. I expect the downtime to reach 48 hours which is crazy !

This doesn't tell us how we can determine if a specific server is included in Phase 1 or Phase 2.

Specific IP ranges or something that would tell me if my down server is in Phase 1 would at least et me know if I should even bother expecting my server to be back up today.
