What is the lead time from Order time to move in time for current customers? I'm used to Rackshack/EV1's 1 hour time frames. It's already been 24 hours for this new server of mine.

Orders can take as long as 72 hours to provision, depending on where the server will be provisioned, if the hardware is immediately available in that location (usually more of an issue for Private Racks or Virtual Racks), the amount of hardware customization that needs to be done to the box to match or beat the server ordered, and the time it takes to load the operating system.
Currently Order #478647 shows the OS being installed. You're more than welcome to check on the status with one of our live chat representatives or on the phone. If you have any questions or you don't see the server online shortly, please let one of us know, and we'll dive deeper to investigate any potential delay causes.
