Well since TP has a service of Domain administration I think there should be some part of this forum for people who have issues with that, or not.

, seriously, I think there should be some small forum for that. I know it's not highly complicated stuff and more or less everyone knows how to, but issues occur (like in my case) and since Forum admins are so great 
in helping this is always a good place to look for help or opinion.and now about me, that is my problem
I have about 20domains that I started to transfer one by one as they were going out of date and had twice the same problem. last time it cost me a domain, luckily only in money, however money is money. and since I am former regfly user you can understand how extremly skeptical and paranoid about domains, credit cards and so on...
I have issued an transfer request, unlocked the domain and waited... Since I already did transfers before I know I had to receive an e-mail where I authorize transfer and I insert Authorization code, however e-mail didn't come and i waited hoping it would, and suddenly I saw in Orbit that transfer was cancelled! And money was charged. By that time domain has already expired and I had to pay to my current registar. So I paid double!
Normally I issued a support ticket, but no one has replied so far... and it's been almost a week since ticket was opened. Ticket is 4786675PLNT.
