Well since TP has a service of Domain administration I think there should be some part of this forum for people who have issues with that, or not.

and now about me, that is my problem
I have about 20domains that I started to transfer one by one as they were going out of date and had twice the same problem. last time it cost me a domain, luckily only in money, however money is money. and since I am former regfly user you can understand how extremly skeptical and paranoid about domains, credit cards and so on...
I have issued an transfer request, unlocked the domain and waited... Since I already did transfers before I know I had to receive an e-mail where I authorize transfer and I insert Authorization code, however e-mail didn't come and i waited hoping it would, and suddenly I saw in Orbit that transfer was cancelled! And money was charged. By that time domain has already expired and I had to pay to my current registar. So I paid double!
Normally I issued a support ticket, but no one has replied so far... and it's been almost a week since ticket was opened. Ticket is 4786675PLNT.
