I ordered a server 24 hours ago and it has not been setup!

I have verified all my information but server still as not been setup.

Every time you cancel an order, it starts the process again (and it makes the order seem more like fraud). Orders can take as long as 72 hours to provision depending on the configuration you choose and the speed in response to fraud verification. Currently, your order is "waiting for verification," so you can either send an email or call our toll free number above to verify the order and check the status.

You did not post the Email and Toll Free Number.
I had to cancel the order to change my Credit card as told in a email from verify@theplanet.com. "If you want to use another card we will have to cancel this order and you will have to place a new order"
Lastly The order status page is giving an error "We are unable to automatically provide you the status of your order. Please contact us at:" so I can't check my order status myself.

I'm sorry for not being clear, all of the contact information can be quickly found on the "Contact Us" page linked in The Planet's navigation structure at the top of the page. When you call, you can reference your order number and ask for a status update.
