I had to cancel the order to change my Credit card as told in a email from verify@theplanet.com. "If you want to use another card we will have to cancel this order and you will have to place a new order"
Lastly The order status page is giving an error "We are unable to automatically provide you the status of your order. Please contact us at:" so I can't check my order status myself.

Contact Us" page linked in The Planet's navigation structure at the top of the page. When you call, you can reference your order number and ask for a status update.
