I'm having some troubles here. I lost web services. I went into ensim control and tried everything, starting, stopping, restarting and even rebooting, nothing worked. I looked at logs and the error was

[Tue Apr 22 07:35:55 2008] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to port 80
[Tue Apr 22 07:42:06 2008] [notice] bandwidth monitoring enabled (mapping file: /etc/virtualhosting/mappings/apache.domainmap)

I'm still lost with that part but i messed up bad and to make the story real real short, I re-installed apche not knowing what exactly i was doing and now i've lost all pretty much. I still have control panel and can see all domains there etc.

but PHP is gone and all that or not configured.. whatever
is there a way to restore what was there prior to April 15th? Does ev1 have backups? and if so how do i do a restore to prior to April 15 or so?

I just had the the same error a few days ago. And after some investigating the problem ended up being that a log file had reached the 2GB limit. The first thing I did before I figured it out was check the logs, reboot the server and google the error(s) I was getting. I had more than one error.

Here's a great topic with lot's of information: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/li....0.0443-110753/

Again, google works wonders: http://www.google.com/search?q=%2898%29Add...bind+to+port+80
