I have a weird issue with my MailScanner
(on ALL my servers and i have lots)

When i restart it, it takes 100% CPU for at least 1 to 2 hours or more

Does it scan the box ?
How can i get my MailScanner NOT CRAZY at start up ? anybody knows ?
Do i have to desactivate something ?

What version of MailScanner are you using? Would you mind posting the output of MailScanner -v? Also, do you have any plugins?
