Hello
I have a dedicated server in which there are multiple domains.
How do I know how many visits in one day or specific moment, example 10:00 a.m.?
Can I know the visit for all domains?

I use windows 2003.

regards

Hmmm, based from what I saw on the HELM Demo, I didn't find anything at all related to visitor statistics.

Can exist other option?

You can always purchase and install google's urchin. The Planet can put it on your server for a low monthly fee.

Helm 4 also allows you to integrate SmarterStats.
This will allow statistics per domain for your customers.

Does Urchin not come standard on TP servers these days?

(That Demo version of HELM is version 3; I guess they should have updated that before giving in to parallels.............................)

I don't believe Urchin comes standard, probably because the licenses are not free. . Why is it that people don't just use Google Analytics?

Well, I know large companies like to keep everything self contained, so when problems arise, they have people on staff to take care of it. As for small and medium sites, who knows...

It has always been installed on my servers from the ServerMatrix days and the newer "ThePlanet" days.
I just disable it but it exists. Maybe it is licensed; I have just never used it.

But it has been right at 13 months since I have needed a new server so it may not be installed anymore.

Let me ask this question. If it is licensed, why is it installed?
That is just another service that gets installed (and disabled if not used) and drive space used (for SCSI drives, drive space management is critical).
Now, granted it only takes up 32.3 MB but that isn't the point of my question.

Hi, Urchin has license but it is normaly included in the payment for your server.

Now I have installed SmarterStats, because it is included in my licence for Helm4. But I have some problems, because some of then don't work correctly.

I searching something like that
Date visits
firstdomain.com 10/13/2008 1
seconddomain 10/13/2008 5
Total 6

do you know something like that?
