I was just speaking to someone and they dont seem to think it will be for too long.
It also seems to be affecting the 207.44.*.* range which will most likly apply to the legacy EV1 customers

Viewing the Orbit graphs:
Four ISP's had huge network data usage drops today.
(Time Warner, MFN, Verio, Peering and Cogent)
It looks like that slightly overloaded the remaining ISP's.
(Level 3, Global Crossing, ATT and Savvis)

Someone had best get this fixed pretty damned quick!
It's costing me money and losing my customers.

This is an old issue.
If you are having current issues, you need to put in a ticket with support because the issue only existed for a few hours on the 5th.
This may just be an issue with your server or connectivity to your server.
